Ordering and fulfillment
Timing: Typical estimate: 7-15 business days after payment; final timing is confirmed on the draft invoice. Print-on-demand production and multi-provider fulfillment can extend timing for larger orders.
Resale documentation: A valid resale certificate is required before the first wholesale invoice where applicable.
Defects: Report transit damage or print defects within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos. Approved defects are replaced or credited. Size changes, assortment changes, and sell-through are not returnable.
No public code: wholesale pricing is applied on the draft invoice after the assortment and resale information are confirmed.
